TIMELINE - TUESDAY EBLASTS

​Tuesday E-blasts (submitted here for fun activities and committee announcements such as a change in meeting location, cancelled meeting, etc.) that take place in the next 30 days ONLY.  Requests need to be submitted no later than 6 PM on FRIDAY to be included in a Tuesday E-blast for events in the 30 day window.  Please do not submit prior to that window.

TIMELINE - FRIDAY EBLASTS

Friday E-blasts (not to be submitted here) - developed and sent out from Management and the Board.

TIMELINE - HILLTOP HIGHLIGHTS

Hilltop Highlights: Requests for publication in the Hilltop Highlights (including updates to information provided in every issue) needs to be received by the 25th of the month to insure publication the month after next.   For example, January 25th for the March 1 publication.  Exceptions can be made if requested above and time permits.  ​

TIMELINE - ANYTHING ELSE (INCLUDING WEBSITE)

​Anything else (including website): The HUB's goal is to complete all other requests within 10 days of receiving them.
