The MARS Committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month
at 1:00 PM in the Community Room of the Clubhouse.

The MARS committee assists and advises the General Manager and Board of Directors regarding preserving, restoring and enhancing the common area.
It develops strategies to manage, maintain, upgrade, replace and improve the community infrastructure. It reviews the spending Reserve funds and assists in preparing the annual Reserve Study. It also tracks maintenance activity and project management. |
